Due to the nature of our hair products and for hygiene and safety reasons, Lulu’s Hair Extensions does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including hair texture, length, quantity, and shipping information. We are not responsible for incorrect selections made at checkout.
